Concert Ensemble
From the field to the stage, the Rowland High School Wind Ensemble performs with elegance and grace as they switch out marching uniforms and shakos for dress shirts and trousers.
Festivals
The Rowland High School Wind Ensemble performs a variety of music pieces from Stravinsky's Firebird, to movie medleys. They perform at competitive festivals in the SCSBOA circuit as well as at a variety of community festivals hoping to inspire the next generation of musicians.
Approach to Excellence
The structure of the wind ensemble allows the group to focus on the musicality and technique of the music leading to magnificent performances. To achieve this, the students rehearse in and outside of class time leading up to performances.
