9:00 AM Call Time for rehearsal

10:30 AM Students/parents start setup

3:00 PM Students get dressed for performance

5:35 PM Gate time

5:45 PM Rowland Performance

6:00 PM Students to change and return to jobs

8:45 PM Battery and Leader call time (get dressed)

9:00 PM Prep for Awards Ceremony

9:30 PM Awards Ceremony

10:00 PM Cleanup
